About Me
Hello and welcome

I’m Alex, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

I offer counselling and psychotherapy both in‑person across London and online, creating a safe, inclusive space for reflection, healing, and growth.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in unhelpful patterns, or seeking greater clarity, therapy can be a powerful tool for understanding yourself more deeply.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma and people who want to explore their identity.

I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients and those who naturally process the world analytically. Together, we’ll explore your patterns with curiosity honouring your strengths while opening space for emotional connection and understanding.

I also pay close attention to how early experiences shape adult thoughts, behaviours, and relationships, using this understanding to help you move forward with greater compassion and choice.
Alongside one‑to‑one therapy, I deliver workplace wellbeing talks and workshops that help organisations address stress, communication challenges, and mental health in a practical, supportive way.
I also speak in schools, offering sessions on mental health, wellbeing, and modern masculinity to help young people build awareness, confidence, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
If you’re considering therapy, I offer a complimentary 15‑minute discovery call—a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
Sessions Offered:

Face-to-Face: Various locations across London.
Online: Remote sessions from the comfort of your own home.
If you’re curious about working together, I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. It’s a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
