Therapy for Musicians & Creatives

Working creatively can be deeply meaningful, but it often comes with unique emotional and psychological challenges. Many creatives experience cycles of self‑doubt, perfectionism, comparison, instability, burnout, or a blurred boundary between identity and work
I offer a space where creatives can slow down, reflect, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface whether that’s anxiety around performance, creative blocks, loss of confidence, or the pressure to keep producing in uncertain environments.
My work with creatives is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the realities of creative industries. Drawing on both therapeutic training and lived experience of demanding work cultures, I support individuals to reconnect with their values, build resilience, and develop healthier relationships with their creativity and themselves.
